At Scentoria Luxe, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the terms below.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and unopened
  • In its original packaging
  • In the same condition as received
  • With all original seals and labels intact

Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection.

If approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for:

  • Damaged items
  • Defective products
  • Incorrect orders

Issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used fragrances
  • Products returned due to personal scent preference
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items

Important Notice

Fragrance performance may vary depending on individual skin chemistry and environmental conditions. This does not qualify as a product defect.

For damaged shipments or missing items, we recommend recording a continuous unboxing video as proof.
